Description
CAP-901 is a thermo-expandable microcapsule blowing agent. This polymeric microspheres are small, spherical particles with an acrylonitirle copolymer, encapsulating a blowing gases. Expandable Sphere 901 is an white fine powder with expansion starting temperature in air of 160~170℃, and the maximum expansion at 190~200. Thermo-expandable sphere can be used as a blowing agents for PVC shoes with injection molding, textiles, wallpapers.

Packaging and storage

- Storage stability is excellent under normal conditions. This product should be stored in cool dry places, away from fire, spark and heat. If fire, extinguishing use water spray, carbon dioxide or dry chemical powder, don’t attempt manual fire fight.
- Shelf life: 1 year.
